[BuG]Saveinfo/gang base

So yea i /q'd the game to see something as i couldn't minimize it cuz the sound gets fucked up idk why..
n after i reconnected.

i Got this
Messagebox thing on the left that tells me about commands and stuff.and it doesn't goes off.annoying.as if im a new player

2nd> always have to choose skin. when we die the first time.
3rd> Sometimes if i press f4 n /kill it doesn't let me choose skin it just respawns me..

4th> Gang base. cant enter it even if we own it?+ no Income (no health or Armor increment+ no gang bank money) only the owner gets the money



5th> there are still weapons left everywhere. i mean if noone picks up the weapons. it stay there only.

The issues here are all known and are all caused by the same problem.
Thanks for pointing it out. Some of these should already be fixed on the main server. The other issues are on our todo list to be fixed.
