Timings,VIP,Shop command, Interior killing,bank command , weapon, cookies

Timings

1.Taxi time shud be like 30 seconds !!
2.teleport to someone -- next teleport to some player shud be withing 30 seconds same as above 30 seconds or 1 minute
3. Turfs-- capturing turfs- every turfs capturing time shud be 1 minute ...i have seen many gang member annoyed waiting 3 mins for gang capture
it shud be maximum 2 minutes, but gang base shud remain 3 mins
the thing is that these timings shud be reduced a little for a change
VIP
I think it wud be more fun if we add some more cool features to vip status !!
things like there shud be private property for a vip or a private vehicle (locked or unlocked)..."vips shud also get some fun xD"
this will bring more people in vip list as more and more people wud love to get a personal prop or a vehicle
2. there shud be a message if a vip joins a server like : VIP OVERDOSED has joined the server

2 Things more i would like to add in this topic is 1.shop command(ammunation (spawn weapons) ) like there shud be a  command /shop and in that options like spawn weapons , normal weapons with price ) its way too easier rather than go to ammu !!NOTEn every purchase of weapon, money shud be deducted from their bank account
2. is there shud be killing allowed inside interiors except for ammu...many people shoot and run back in ineriors...thats some kinda lame...

Weapon- there shud be introduction of new weapon i.e molotov cocktails And if u think it will abuse fights then flamethrower is better option NOTE: for getting these special weps a playr shud spend 5 cookie for that thre shud be thing like find a cookiE this/that place in l.v- like reaction tests cookies also but in less time within 10 seconds next cookie shud come to find

Bank command for all- i think the /bank withdraw, balance command shud be enabled for those also who has less than 20 hours or 10 Hours of play !
I would be happy if admins take my suggestion !!!

Don't they do that at GamerX? That system is horrible in my opinion. All you'll see is people begging for cookies.

I like the Add more VIP stuff and Taxi time idea, But the playerteleport should not be a minute, If someone is over killing/ spawn killing you, The last thing you want is them being able to teleport to you every 30 seconds ( Viewing this from a Non VIP perspective ), Think about the none VIPs Kaka ^^

I don't agree with any of your suggestions, except the last one, referred to bank.

The timings are alright to me: there's already an algorithm which calculates how much time does the taxi get to arrive. People get bored if they have to wait 30 seconds/1 minute to get to another location - they would get there in less time.

VIPs have already loads of features to me, and there's no need to add even more.

Cookies will cause a major begging. Our currency is actual ingame money, and won't be changed until further advice.

Told you, VIPs have already loads of stuff to have fun with.

2. Decreasing the time limit will heavily increase laming.
2. If the taxi time was lowered that much then there would be little need for cars.
2. VIPs used to get properties but they took that out. I don't know why though.
2. Why should there be a message when a VIP joins the server? That would put some people off becoming a VIP because they don't want to get extra attention. If you join the server as a VIP and people see the message, they may start bothering the VIP.

@munch lol that vip thing and few more i took ideas from a server named ugp ...so shared that idea  here ...yeah it will do laming that timing stuff but it should be decreased a litttle atleast teleport shud be decreased to 2 mins or so
