It could also be that he was kicked out of the server. Ghost are you doing driveby's? Because when you do drivebys to much you will be kicked. Then sometimes you just see everyone chatting and you can walk but you can't use a bank, teleport etc.

I have done about two drive-bys and didn't become aware of this not being aloud until I read the changelog lastnight. So needless to say I will follow that rule from now on. Sorry for anyone I've ever done a drive-by on.  Oh and btw, I have not been kicked for it... I guess I just time out, but I don't know how to correct my ping. If someone's knows please do tell.

For Ghost's problem, it's not a LVP problem afaik, but a general SA-MP "problem".
Sometimes, and don't ask why, the server thinks you are leaving the server (Other players see: ... has left) but you don't see it.
But the chat "streams" to the SA-MP cliënt, so thats why you can read the chat.
It is also possible to see someone else chatting with your name. This is because your playerID became available again when "you disconnected"  and a new player got your old playerID.
But other players can only see the new players name.

About the admin abuse of Hydra's and Hunters, i totally agree with you.
They are way too powerfull, and normal players can't use them, so this will be very unfair.
The same reason why we got the minigun physical removed/desynced.

When i see admins with Hydra's and/or Hunters, i ask them to stop and/or respawn their vehicle.
These vehicles shouldn't be used for fights.

Only some funfights, hydra vs hydra or hunter vs hunter, or hunter vs hydra.

Yesterday night there were so called "cold thugz ? " flying hydra's over the B&A base and shooting rockets.

So why are you complaining here about it when your own gang members are doing the same when they got the admin vehicle rights.

I see what you mean, but what about my account they can't use it right, as long as they don't have my password? And what if someone was using my playerID and I tried to come on the server, being that I'm registered, after I log in do they get forced to change there name or is it that I just cannot connect?

They can't do anything with your account.
And when you reconnect, you got a new ID, so everything should be fine again.

This is a suggestion and a complaint on the same time.

There should be a max ping on the server. I see people with pings from 300 and even 400!
It's almost impossible to kill someone with such a ping, so it's like cheating :s
Maybe a max. ping from 250 (or lower) should be good

Too bad the current version of sa-mp doesn't support this. I thought the 0.2 will, so when it's out we will surely implent it.
