Lol you got msn or something? For the moment download and install super antispyware and malwarebytes anti-malware and run quick scans with both of them and at the end click next and remove selected and all infections will be removed I HOPE this will solve the problem

Lol dude huge document with only 9 passwords?  Just back up any important files to an external hard drive or usb flash drive

If you remember all your details, you probably should re-format your PC and remake that file and take regular backups from next time.
