windows live movie maker is a good software to compress Video's (Wmv format)

i use 3 Movie convertors to Get the minimum good(loss-less) quality Video

I.e : Adobe after effects/Free Video Cutter/windows Live movie maker.

Fraps Recording > Adobe After effects rendering (Decreases alot of Size) > Free Video Cutter/WLMM(either 1 of these) = OUTPUT. The Video i made was of 3 mins.(LVP PROMO) this was just 150 mb. :)
