I wouldn't be against adding UFOs but that's more of a filterscript thing imo (e.g like the ship flying dutchman ship is loaded, or the cows). Get me the object ID for a UFO and I'll see what I can whip up :)

by lag i meant remeber the cage fc? people were complaining about the little amout of lag that made, im sure a UFO would make a whole lot more.. 1 more idea how about when you buy /ramping you can enable it/disable it till you log off

Good thinking, I didn't think of that. I can imagine that being quite annoying to figure out who it is.

People who whine about drive "by'ing" are annoying, barely anyone does it, and it's easy to avoid. If you like fighting and don't like DB, fight in FC or on a rooftop, somewhere other than the ship.

2.94 is meant to give more stuff to mess around with and entertain people in LVP, make more new people appealed to LVP, it's not meant to be a game changer.

Then let them whine then, if they don't like the damn server, they can leave, simple as that. Why are deagle and sniper driveby removed anyway?

What are you talking about "changer". Drivebying isn't changing anything at all whatsoever.
