MacSto gave everyone a Rocket... I'm not just going to repeat what I did say, but I was bugged ingame, I'm pretty sure of that, I know what I am and I know what I did or didn't, and I didn't cheat, if it is the way you guys are banning people, then it's straightly NOT fair at all.
I enjoyed SAMP first I came back from inactivity, and now you're telling me I'm banned for something I didn't do?.
I have had a conversation about that in irc with Bloodster 'the admin who banned me', and he said I can make a newtopic then the whole crews can discuss it, and I agreed with that.
With all my do respect but I don't know why you people think that what you did do is the right thing and the others are wrong. I don't deserve my ban, and I wanted an unban.

I will remind you of what we talked about on IRC;

Bloodster noticed that you seemed to take damage sometimes, but when you were fighting and your health got low, you stopped taking damage. He (and two other undercover crew members) Watched you for probably about 40 minutes. And sure enough, you would loose health sometimes, but when your health got low and you became desperate, BAM, you stopped losing health. When we were playing with rocket launchers and killtime, you were winning! As I watched you, people were shooting you spot-on with rockets, and you weren't losing health at all. Then, I decided it was a good time to try to nuke you. This WILL kill any player that isn't cheating. You lost no health at all. That's when we decided enough was enough, and banned you. After looking at some records, you played here a while back with the name "Hybrid", and you were banned for health cheating. So, it seems this would be the second time you have been banned for the same thing. I have no doubt in my mind that you were using cheats, and as far as I am concerned, you will remain banned from Las Venturas Playrground.

About my losing health and when I get low hp I don't lose nothing is because I just change my movement and run faster, it's my style.
Idk about the 4 undercovered admins specing me at all.. and I'm not the same goddamn 'Hybrid' you know, I just used this name which was taken from LinkinPark's album, HybridTheory, FUCKSAKES, Why the fuck I would like to evade my ban using the same name? That's totally retarded as hell. Use you're brain a little. Also, you can checkout his IP, the old Hybrid.
Now about the Rocket, Bloodster was the only one around shooting me as he says, he was float for me, Moving while his legs doesn't shows that, also, it didn't appear to me that he were shooting. Not at all.
I know my SAMP history won't help, but I've been playing samp since 2007, and I was never been banned in any server before this time. How the hell I can save my ass in 3 years hacking, huh? Why don't you just think about it JUST A LITTLE.
I never used hacks, and I know what I did or didn't. I'm not blaming you at all, but you seriously gotta be sure before you ban people, this is going far unfairly.
I don't know why you guys eager to get me banned, I did nothing wrong.

And once again, about the explosion, all I saw is my self burning suddenly, and I kept jumping to avoid losing HP.
I hope that was an enough prove, and I wish that I'll be unbanned, the summer holiday is coming, and I wish I can enjoy it playing in LVP.

NO, for the god sake, I'm not that old Hybrid. and I wanted to tell you something else. First I was back from my inactivity, and the first time I wanted to use Hybrid name.. I joined LVP with Hybrid name, then I saw it was registered. I left, that's may be the reason we have the same RangeIP, because I joined with that name..
So, I think you should look up for his SAMP History, I mean, if you can track the whole IPs he have used in the past, that may help me.

Okay let's say you're not Hybrid, let's focus on the health cheats that I'm sure you used.

1) You never lost health when you reached nearly 15 hp or so, J.King and I were spas'ing and M4'ing you and you would just never die, that's where my doubts have been planted. You constantly signed up for ww and it's just the same case.

2) MacSto and I decided to start a kill-time and give out rockets to take it as an opportunity to have a closer look on you, First time I gave myself rockets, while you had half of your health and I had full health and armor, I ran beside you and fired rockets right under my feet and surprisingly guess what, you did not loose health, so I decided to give another chance with rockets and yet it's still the same result, at last MacSto nuked you while you had less than half of your HP and you didn't die.

Before you assume that you were bugged etc, here's a list against what you'll say just to make it shorter and avoid spam.

"You were floating to me it's a bug I'm telling you": < Float rarely occurs on the new version of samp ( 0.3 ) and if it does it's kind of impossible to occur twice in a row, plus the nuke can't float for you I guess.

"When I got nuked I kept jumping to avoid taking damage of the fire, it's a bug": < Yes, this bug was in the old samp of version too, it have been fixed in 0.3, for more insurance I've tried to use it myself, and anyway a nuke isn't a fire or something, it's an explosion that normally would kill any player even if he had full health AND armor, otherwise if it doesn't kill you I'd define that as obvious cheats.

I was moving fastly and managed to kill all of you, by refilling after I kill once.

Actually, the first time, you did kill me but the second time, you was bugged. It's why I said ONCE not Twice.

Once again, the bug was not fixed, I kept jumping to avoid it and it did work. If you think that you tried it by you're self then there may be something wrong you did, or you just still didn't get my point well.
I did lose some of my HP is because I was jumping, when I get down from jumping, at the floor, I lose some HP, but I jump again to avoid that.

It has nothing to do with eager, I wont feel powerful or excited for banning someone for no reason over pixels.

You're just a New admin, you don't have any idea about what HealthHacking is, that's what I've just noticed. If you're going to say it wasn't you only, and MacSto saw it too, MacSto is just some newbie at SAMP as you are.

That's all I wanted to say, and I hope it is enough proves already.

And btw, could some management help by commenting something that may help please?. I don't deserve being banned at all.

As I wasn't there, prove them wrong? Show us the bug is still happening etc. Give me a reason to believe they made a mistake.
