how can you do that? I mean, changing your mac address?

also, is there any software that logs traffic of the router or do you have a special router?

My router does that automatically, as many routers do :). When I shared my internet with others when i was a student, i could basically see any website everyone was on. Except for the ones that used pw.

You can spoof your mac adress by using software such as cain & abel. There are probably many others. But this one is noob proof, since I can even use it O+. It's also heaps easy to steal other peoples passwords, I tested it on our research group at school when I did my thesis two years ago. You could just basically let all traffic that is connected to a router go trough your computer and every password and username that is entered you just see. Even had some professors password  ;(. Never used any of that info though, just found it funny that it was so easy.
