Update

As TwistedDemon requested, there's now an option to minimize it to system tray.
I've also added the ability to load/save external configuration files, as well as editing the default configuration.
The default configuration file is what's loaded when you start the application.
There's a small downside though, you now need to install the application.
Again, it's the same link.

It can, as the shutdown feature doesn't exist on all OS's, like Windows Server for example.
Also, it has more features though lacking the message feature.
