Ok i got my screen problem fixed but now when i try to join LVP or any other server the game wont even open and when i hit ctrl+alt+delete it says its running but its really not and its not even showing up in the loading can someone please help because i dont know whats going on.

Try re-installing both SA:MP and GTA SA. Also remove your user files in C:\Users\*\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files
