Ship Shooting
I've talked with a few people, the ship is a completely absurd zone at the moment, people are going to fight around it because it's where everyone is, it's where the easy kills are. But ship-shooting, even the best of people do it, would it be hard to simply give god-mode to people on the ship and remove the refill on it? Really, that's pretty much the best solution in this case, possibly remove taxi and TP from that zone, as people will use it to avoid a fight.
Throwing 'nades at the ship
People do this to launch people off the dock of the ship, and will do it just because they can while an admin is away, as I've said before, the weapon removal zone should be extended a bit, and possibly marked off with some object, just to identify it a bit.
Ship running "laming"
This is probably the hardest to resolve, but if you remove the refill on the ship and remove TP from the ship, well, then there's no point in running to it. Then I would say just remove the rule overall, as it's then pretty much the same as running into an interior, it's their fault for fighting in that area.
I'm just saying my two cents, the idea of the ship right now is absurd.

How would giving people on the ship godmode be better than having a health pickup?

Because when they get off, their HP goes back to what they jumped on with, thus screwed.
Also a delay can be added if the turd who likes to run on and off shooting people, they can get ejected from the ship if they shoot, then run to the ship in X seconds.
Reality is, calling everything abuse is confusing to many people, or some people hold the right to start and argument with a crew member if they get jailed, if the system was automated, you really can't moan at the script for the stupid thing you've done. Just a quick little reality check that this does still need to be fixed.

to nullify idiots from shooting player on the ship all you need is a simple fence scriping may not be necessary for that
ship laming can use a sumiluar thing ive seen
"you cant teliport because you've reacentlly been in a gun fight"
same thing can be used with the ship and just evicts there ass back out
nades might be a abit more difficult you could just make it so throwing nades at the ship is considered laming and players can be punished by the victim for nading the ship

No, because that would fuck things up when there is real fights around the ship. An idea would be as SuicidalSpree said to have the same thing as using cmd's right after you've been in a fight, would work better but it would be wrong too. + It isn't that often that people throw nades at the ship really, it's mostly those hardcore lamers like Zaibatsu etc.. But to be honest, I don't think it's shush a big problem.
And idea to avoid that would maybe be to put the ship a bit higher in the air and extend the way up to the ship as well.

The main point of running to the ship is because you're 'safe' there, doesn't matter if the HP were there or not. Even tho if they had low health, and if someone tried to grenade them when they had low health he'd go to jail anyway.

It has been ship-lamers for over 3 years now, if we got the player count up a bit, the ship wouldn't be so popular because it's mostly those ''lamers'' who fight and ship lame just to piss of players, and they mostly do that when there's not so much players on.
My words, but remember.. There will always be lamers, bitches, flamers and so on, it's a part of the game. Why people make shush a big deal of it is because there isn't much players around like I have already told. What we should focus on is what to do to make LVP more popular, not what to do to avoid lamers really if you get what I mean.

Of course there will always be people "abusing", "flaming" and what-not, point being there's a report for ship-laming every 2 seconds, there are ways to improve on it, and these methods should be tested, as I said, if my ideas don't work, then fuck them and revert to the old system.

I disagree, a fag can sit there and nade, run around for 10-30 seconds avoiding shots, then hop on the ship, it would be a very useless method. Not to mention if the area is clear and you're messing around flipping a car with your sawnies and try to access the ship... that would just be annoying.
The current system is too human reliant, you can argue with a human, you can't with a script. Not to mention a human has other things to do, unless they're going to recruit 100 new crew members to keep a 24/7 watch on the ship, those methods would not help.
