and still getting 50fps at the ship, without hitting F7 or any method to improve frame rate, only the effects and anti aliasing on low.

Hitting F7 has been well known for awhile know, it removes the text borders and +7-20fps.

I got a GTX460 1GB and a Athlon x4 4x3GHz and can't run SA-MP on more than 45 FPS, but BO on more than 80, this game sucks.
