Can't be the CPU because that video card is still a huge bottleneck. Plus, if hes getting 40-50 FPS in a game made to run at 25 FPS, it can't be hardware lagg.

Virtual sync. It locks your fps to your monitor's standard rate. It's basically frame synchronizing.

While im trying to lock the aim on, it has a tiny big of lag.. lmao

I had this problem last week right after installing ma new nvidia gfx card. It was giving me lag aim in classic fc. Luckily it got fixed somehow, after a day or two.
