After inputting my graphics card...

I notice that after i put in my new graphics card (ATI Radeon 4350), I began to have "Lag Aim"..[b]

Whilst aiming it very slowly locks on to where i aim at

No im not using joypad
And my fps is around 40-50 with Fraps up

What about installing the new driver of your graphic card.

Guess that wont help either. I reckon its the processor, which is slowing down your system.
