and they also should receive 2.5mil for registering..

2.5 million is something large. Better reduce the amount of weapons in Ammunation and give 750000 at spawn. Also when the player dies, give a range of say from 60 - 80% of his money when he had at time of dying to him.

People always cares about their money and emoney really, hell I've seen plenty of people who rather did /quit than loosing a few bucks by getting killed. (or stats for that matter)

But honestly I got no idea how to make the playercount higher.
Only thing you can do is to hope for a good community, and you made that at least.

Alot of players as I saw come ingame play for a few minute then if they got jailed or something or getting muted they /q right away

Money is the last thing I worry about on LVP, it is so easy to make a decent buck on LVP, yet Jay keeps saying otherwise for some mysterious reason. I still can't figure out the reason why spawnies were made so cheap.

If I needed another 75 million or so, I'd just sell some member from [5iN] just like I did with [5iN]LIke a while ago.

Or you can make like 5 mil in a couple of minutes just by exporting few vehicles (quad, BF-400 spawn almost right next to the export point and you get almost a mil for a piece).
