Yes having a minigun does give a player the POTENTIAL to have an advantage. Having a minigun in jail gave me no fucking advantage at all.

So a player who installs hacks, gives himself money and then doesn't use it isn't a hacker in any way? A player who uses godmode without doing something which would've gotten him damaged isn't a hacker?
