hey 

i updated samp to 0.3c. then just realized that lvp is still using 0.3b ;/ well so to make it short:

http://files.sa-mp.com/sa-mp-0.3b-R3-install.exe <-- does not exist

and its linked on several posts here in the forum.

I guess they feel it isn't needed but if you need it you can download it from the UvH site
