But anyway, I searched Google some more a few days ago. I happened to stumble in on a page which gave information on how to remove your entire library. I did that, and then reopened WMP, allowing it to rebuild my entire library. This worked, seeing all of my albums are now fully correct and functioning.

As for why are they WMA: It were a few older albums, and a whole dozen albums that I got from a friend.

so it looks like it just couldnt find the library good enough??

I guess. It found the information though but it seemed that it just didn't store it correctly. It also did not store the WMA files. All those problems have been solved now though. For as far as I can see, it also updates the library correctly now.
