This is the most ridiculous statement ever, if it was really going to be -20 all over Europe for the whole winter I'm sure it would be up on far more sites and far more reputable sites as well. -20 is normal winter temp in some countries in europe anyway, I can say with almsot 100% certainty that it won't get anywhere near -20 where I live (London).

In a lot of countries, -10 or even -20 does't even really matter. Yes it's cold, but if there's no wind (like there _always_ is in The Netherlands) that temperatures are quite good to deal with.
