Bullet-Proof car (using /nos)

Opening the /nos menu makes the car bullet-proof. If someone jacked the car while the menu is open, your health will not decrease if you're shot (until the menu is closed).

This is similar to the /taxi problem, which was solved by preventing /taxi menu from opening during fights.

I suggest replacing the menu with a command parameter, /nos [2, 5, or 10]

That'd remove the easy-to-useness of the command though, and make it slow and more 0.1ish instead of a quick, fast and easy way to get nitro.

If you would remove the menus then you'd better remove all the menus, so that everyone can but spawn weapons again and noone can abuse.No better not allowed other commands/text when a menu is open.

No, because then the menu wouldn't work... You can't select on menus in cars without being frozen.

What could be done though, is when they type /nos a small timer runs, checks the vehicle health before and after, and if there's a change, it won't show the menu. That way if you're being shot at you can't use the menu, and your car won't freeze.
