Pimpin' hot bike Bloodster  :D

I own the little brother of your CBR, got it brand new at the dealer last summer.
I'm very fond of it, it's a great bike :)

I also own a small dirtbike which isn't much, but which is great fun for off roading. It has deep rugged tires great for sand/dunes/mud, basically everywhere where I wouldn't want to be driving with my CBR.
It's a Yamaha DT125 enduro, 25 years or so old.

Little gorgeous red thing! :+ I can't seem to notice, is it a 600 or a 1000? Excluding my 250 expectation. What year model? Any comments on it? And what's the top speed you've achieved so far? And why didn't you exchange any of your stock parts? Muffler/full system, chain, etc?

Wise decision with having a dirt bike for whatever you find unsuitable for the CBR. Most of the roads in Egypt aren't really made for race bikes, but I still ride on them with a little bit of ache in my heart as I know it's somewhat destructive for my Leyla.

Any thoughts about the new BMW 218i convertible?

Also a coupe version exists,

I think both, especially the convertible, are quite lavish & glittering. It's also not that expensive considering it's a 2016 BMW model. In Egypt we don't have any other convertible cars available in the brands' stock. The only remarkable downside to both of these two masterpieces, quite surprisingly, are their engines. I currently don't remember their exact engine specification, but I believe they both shared the same engine which is 1600CC/136 HP being powered by one Turbo. Considering their price range and their brand manufacturer, this is definitely a surprising element. However, as for looks it's a win win situation.

Yay, another BMW enthousiast! (I assume)
Beautiful vehicles, albeit a bit underpowered as you mentioned. I'd personally be more inclined towards 6 cylinder 2.2 NA engines like the ones used in 320s of the early 0's, ofc modernized to todays standards.

More on topic: I drive a 2003 midnight wine red BMW 325 Touring. Did numerous mods on the drivetrain, engine, intake/exhaust, ECU, brake systems. It churns out about 295hp at around 5.5k rpm.
Car was originally painted silver-gray metallic, but I had it resprayed.

The new BMW looks great in a sedan, Not a big fan of the convertible version, If I were to get a BMW I would go old school personally.

There isn't a huge number of "brand new" cars I'd buy in actual fact

The old E30s and E34s are beauts.

@Luce: I'm definitely a Bimmer enthusiast, but perhaps it's not my all time main. Are you a fan of their sports bike? The BMW S1000RR is certainly an epitome in its field. Have some sympathy for us and show us your ride! Your engine sounds like it can be a great source of fun.

I suppose I have a video somewhere of myself & Leyla racing a 2015 modified BMW 335i of which its engine produces a total of 430 HP. I assuredly dominated the race conveniently, but it was certainly one of the fastest cars I've raced against. I'll see if I can also get some pictures of this 335 especially for you Luce  O+

True that! Gorgeous cars.

I also have a major soft spot for the 850i's

I don't know a lot about bikes unfortunately, am more of a car person c:
It is a barrel of fun indeed... unfortunately I don't have any pictures of my car, and I'd prefer not to post them publicly online either... I'm super paranoid anything happens to it. Just recently some asshats decided to scratch my doorpanel. Long story.
Either way, I can post some examples of what it looks like if you want.

Also, I'd really love to see those photos and the video you mentioned! Is this the new F30 model you're referring to? 335... hot damn, that's like a litre more than I have [Image: emot-v.gif]
