As you see hes being racist with me, and flamed me if you don't believe me you can check the logs it was at

As estroe already said, pm's on IRC are beyond our control and therefore out of our scope. The best way to deal with that is: /ignore [nickname]

Channelbans will only be placed on people when they misbehave in either one of the LVP channels or when they have been banned from all LVP services for severe misbehaviour.
