Xen0nesterday morning, Xen0n was insulting some of my family members, by names, I told him to stop, he didn't care, I left, I played again today, he was on, he fight club me, I killed him, and he starts insulting again. I didn't take a lot of screens, but I toke 2.

The thing is, after I told him that the person he was insulting was dead, he kept on doing it.
after the fc, he was still saying so, check logs if possible.

I have nothing against this crew member nor do I know him, I don't understand why is he talking to me this way. I asked nicely several times to stop speaking like this. He ignored me, I guess making a complaint is the only way to make him stop speaking this way to me.

FateTrip:I was playing on LVP Today, having fun, playing around, and theres fatetrip undercover, and macsto, they are both trying to kill me. I got nothing against it, but until Fatetrip decided to refill macsto's armour. while we are somewhere where there is no armour to refill with. I say its ok no problem. but after i came back and tried to kill fatetrip, he /q to avoid death when he had like 5 percent health. I said uh.. no problem when he came back with his original account, i asked why did he quit to avoid death and why did he refill macsto, he kept insulting me, over and over, even more than xen0n did.

I still don't understand why he is using such vocabulary to express his feelings over a game.
I only asked why he'd to what he did.
He told me to make a complaint, done.

EDIT:
Few hours after this, FateTrip decided to come in game. I decided to chase him, try to kill him, I did twice, the third time, he was standing on his property, i shotgun him, and he fixed me so that he could evade death. I told him why? He said I told you to get lost.. hmm. (He was the only in game crew, and he admited that he fixed me)
That's the second time he avoids death. wow...

I don't have any logs from the echo channel, and neither am I willing to search through them unless you can give me an exact date and time(s) when this supposed insulting of your family members happened.
Looking at the 2 screenshots, I can only conclude that the things Xen0n said to you look relatively harmless to me. Things as "ur mom" or when he calls you a noob do not count as swearing or insulting in my book. Also the statement "*Xen0n will be afk..." seems harmless and jokefull to me.
But if he was indeed mentioning your mom/dad or another relative frequently, and you informed him that this person died, he should have been more sensitive and stopped doing it. That's the only thing I can blame him for.

About FateTrip:
Chasing you (together with MacSto), refilling armour along the way, and then quitting right before you can kill him is kind of weak, I agree.
But after he came back with his admin account, it looks to me like you tried to provoke him instead of just asking a normal question. I'm gonna ask FateTrip for the pm's that you sent him and additional logs to verify that though.
When you cannot get along very well with a certain person, or you know that this person does not like you, the best thing to do is avoid, and not go chase, pm or provoke eachother.
The thing that FateTrip should realise is that he is a part of the LVP crew, and is thus expected to behave a bit more rational and professional. Shouting or swearing at players is unwanted behaviour.

I asked nicely for an explanation, he said what he said. I wanted to kill people around, well that's a part of the thing to do on the server since its "DM" so I went and tried to kill him, and he fixed me...really? you didn't say anything about that part. for the xen0n part I kinda forgot about it, i think he was drunk or something, and if he's not gonna do it again then no problem. same thing for fatetrip, i just want him to not do that kind of stuff again. an admin should be respectable, not insulting people when they ask for something whether it's annoying or not, nor evading death whatever you were doing. when I was temp mod, I learned something, evading death = bad, I /dived because I was helping someone, and someone started saying noob, and i muted him, that was my first time being temp, i was only playing 50 hours, but I learned something from that. that I should not death evade, whatever is happening. so if fatetrip decide to stop using his admin rights to evade death. then that would be nice from him. thanks.
