Fraps, and need some help

1. How do i reduce lag/ping while having the mods i have installed? i have about 4 mods installed

And i wanted to record sound too, doesn't work for me, can anyone help with these problems?

How do i de-frag them?

Yes, I re-installed. I have the sound now. I can still here me clicking the keys on my keybored, and that just fucks up the whole video,

If it is, you need to go into your Recording Volume Options and up the "stereo mix".

I have a webcam and i think its recording from it. I'll try unpluging it and see if it still works with sound in the video when i take it.

Yes, I re-installed. I have the sound now. I can still here me clicking the keys on my keybored, and that just fucks up the whole video,

Use gamebooster then click on the tab Defrag then search for GTA SA double click and it will defrag.......no offense but u need to learn more about this shizzle
