Smoke removal mod.. I really need it..

My game lags alot, especially in rw fights cuz i shoot alot and more smoke comes out.. but it's normal in ww..

Anyway I heard from alot of people that there's a mod to remove the smoke from the game to reduce the lag..

Anyone got this mod or knows where to get it?

And yes, I've already tried Gamebooster and it really reduced the lag, but I need to make my fps at minimum 40fps.. 

And dont tell me to upgrade my pc cuz I don't have any money.. (in USD i got like.. 2-3 bucks D

And don't tell me to go to www.googleisyourfriend.com cuz i've already gone there and searched for more than 2 hours continuously
P.S: i get 40-50 fps in ww fights but 20-30 in rw fights D:

thanks Danny, after downloading that i figured out the one I found was a virus -.- it was 70KB, detected by Avast!

The GTA SA Ruckelfreier Patch v1.2 is indeed only found on german websites, cos the creator of the mod is german and never really promoted his patch lol, but its quite useful.

Removes clouds in the sky, dust particles, and similar useless crap. Good for weak PCs or laptops.

i dunno if an english installer is available, if its only the german one and you dont know what to click, alert me on IRC tomorrow and i'll help you out

I like this more, the smoke and shit is a lot more light-weight on your gpu, also adds a bit more of a real physics to your particles. (remove enbseries, the config in there is shit).
