Alright people, big thanks to you all for your interest. We'll keep all those games in mind, but I need to make some things clear:

I mean, games like Red Dead Redemption and stuff are awesome, but they take hours, if not days to complete, and I'd doubt people'd be willing to pay to play games if they'll just have to start over again the next time they want to play.
That's a good point, but as SaDist said, I -think- there's an account and save system, and if internet is mandatory I'll suggest that to my friend. Also, he is planning to mount the business near his house, which means that most of the clients will be friends of ours, thus meaning they'll most likely stay there for hours (not to mention it's pretty cheap, about 25/50 USD cents per hour), so that aspect won't be that much of a problem.
Nonetheless, for those who won't stay long, it'd be good to suggest short or no storyline games (like football, 1v1 fighting games, sports, racing, etc.), you know what I mean, that kind of games people plays just for having fun with other people (that's what they play the most here anyway).
Once again, thanks for your support, more suggestions (preferrably multiplayer games) will be appreciated
