GTA IV - Weird sound?!!

So I was playing TBoGT yesterday at night, thought I would test-record to see how it looks in a video, but what happened when I watched the video like 5 times, I noticed a weird sound that freaked me out at that time xD. I doubt that it's a bug, tbh I haven't got a clue what the sound is.

Sound says "Police in Helicopter jam!" in a somehow creepy reggae voice, it talks about the song about to begin in the radio station (Police in Helicopter by John Holt)

I think that's the sound of your car crashing + the radio + the police scanner

Also, change the titles on your videos. The .WMV is not needed..

I upped the video to show a friend, but then I wondered what you guys would think. It's not like the video is there to be watched by a lot of people
