mouse problem with windows7

my mouse will not work with san andreas, like no nothing it moves around but thats it all i can do is use the keyboard. no rotation no clicks its pissing me off. help!!!!  plz!!!!1

I had a similar problem, try going into the mouse settings & change some stuff, seemed to work for me. (Like turn vertical look on&off)
