up-down ping, desync lag etc.

Hello, im wondering if somebody could help me with the following problem i have:
my ping on the server goes up ad down from like 66 to 232 or sometimes even 500/800. Occassionally i desync or loose contact with the server (at lvp it restarts in a sec btw) i notice contact loss cause all other players are moving the same or just standing still etc.
im not downloading anything, i even have set some startup progs off (including updaters) and set some services off. I used CCleaner, Spybot and jkdefrag to "clean"..... please add some suggestions for my Dell Inspiron 1501 XP sp3, thanx a lot

Dude, that's just your connection. Your line could be having some disruption or a little work done on it, which would explain the large ping variation and occasional desynchronization. All in all, though, that's not really a problem—it's just normal.

thanx for the reply tef, i just found it strange that i have it lik some weeks now and that it didnt occure since ive been playing samp(lvp).... today the connection for internet has never been this fast so ill go online to check my ping...thanx again for the reply. (its tele2 connetion btw)

Well, tele2 replies that their side is oke....
with cable i had a download of 500 kbs and wireless it was about 200 and 2000 kbs so thats not right is it? ping is a lot of times over 200ms averige

btw i noticed that my fraps are usually 18, but also go from 6 (or even 3!) to 44.... but has nothing to do with the connection but my pc just lags at that.... so cannot do a thing about that

so i did the regedit thing and the frackFrequency (you could just told me to download a program named "fasterping", and also made a .bat for gta so it runs in /high priority, and i did the tcp-program, and i thought it did work a bit... but after about a half an hour my fraps went between 3 to 44..... maybe the ping was oke, i dont know about that, but there the lag was again untill it froze -> restart gta-samp login again and play another amount of time untill th lag starts again....
Conclusion: have to test it more to se if it just was yesterday.....
