I just want to ask if some of you have ideas what could fix my warp.

I'll help you out 'coz I know how annoying it is when people say "fix ur internetz" or "go buy better internet".

Mainly just try closing things that use up bandwith like MSN, browsers, downloads, even some things like Avast! Antivirus use the internet for their services. You can stop it by right clicking and choosing Stop On Access Protection. As long as you're only on SA-MP you wont get a virus.

Sorry Dan, but just because you hate seeing it doesn't make it any less true. I used to have µTorrent running (300+ torrents active), along with mIRC, Pidgin, Skype, and a few others, when I was on LVP and it never once gave me warp. You honestly have to take your computer specifications (which is pathetic, considering it's a six-year-old game; if it's your computer, just stop fucking gaming) and connection into account here.

Well, i cant get a better Internet. Dunno why but i cant get it. And my PC isnt old. U guyz have some programmes who maybe could fix that? I tried GameBooster but it didnt take effect.

Third-party programs that supposedly "fix" crap like lag and whatnot are not to be trusted. Most of the time these "accelerators" do absolutely nothing and just eat up more CPU. Also, it's worth noting that just because your computer isn't "old" doesn't mean it doesn't suck. Anyway, do what Dan said and stop running everything when playing SA:MP. I used to have an .exe that got rid of unnecessary shit like dust, smoke, fire, etc. in order to lower game lag. I'll do some searching around and try to get that to you.

You should try GTA Shrinker, it shrinks all the stuff and gives you extra few fps.

You can try pressing F7 once ingame to remove the outline of the chat, this give me about 20+ FPS.
There's also some mod that reduces lag by removing smoke, clouds and similar things. You hardly notice those anyway and that might give you a few extra FPS.
