Connecting....

Hi guys, I was playing earlier this morning, and I got " served closed the connection "

When i close samp and open it again and launch LVP server they say

Connecting to 85.17........
The server didn't respond. Retrying.
Connecting to 85.17........
The server didn't respond. Retrying.
Connecting to 85.17........
The server didn't respond. Retrying.
over and over

anyone has any clue about this? if so post below it would be very helpful.
