nah svchost.exe is a windows file that is increably nesesary for running windows,
you maybe had some faked malware with that name, this coud be it check your pc with
http://www.superantispyware.com/
and
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
dowload the free versions and scan your entire pc

yes i have avast antivirus, and svchost is a windows proccess but it shouldn't lag.. also i have like ... well let me count them.. 8 svchost files and their use of memory vary from 84K to 5MB.

i think we're gonna get a little bit off topic with this :\ lol

yes I've fsecure and no i don't got any viruses im not stupid. I really dont know what to do. My pc is brandnew and i still lagg (NOT ON OTHER GAMES JUST ON GTA(and samp)) It's not possible so fucking gay I hate this!

minimum fps you can set is 20 and its not that bad of a lag, I`m guessing its not about the frame limiter.

i already told him to completly disable the fpslimit it but he said it didnt worked....
sux for you buddy, well if nothings gonna work you can still play on your old pc  :7

Sorry, but it probably wont help.
Judging by specs that you'd posted before, it's obviously not a hardware problem.
Have you tried scanning for viruses? That seems like the most likely scenario.
Ultimately you could re-install GTA to see if it still lags.

Before that, you might want to try installing Ccleaner to clean up your registry, and delete your temp files. (type %temp% in "Run", all the files in the folder that opens can be deleted)

Can you specify the exact kind of issue you experience? You mean a low FPS rate or an internet lag (where you see other players lagging, but your game runs smooth)?

It can't be a virius. Becouse then would I Lagg on other games to; ' ( the game runs smooth BUT, when I'm fighting or something (Many things happening at the same time) it starts to lagg. However I can record it and show you what I mean ;p

In that case it's a problem with the game. Have you tried different resolutions? Also, turn view distance down if it's up.

If none of that works, you'll have to re-install.
