Dark Carnival is dark for example, while The Parish is set in daytime.

It's three levels and you get to see the L4D characters. Pretty vicious.

anyways, like Ryder said, it's just 3 levels, but they're quite long imo, and there's an M60, and you get to see the survivors from L4D.
Too bad the M60 doesn't appear in the other campaigns.

Hard Rain is a mix weather map to, first 2-3 missions it's sunny, and then in the last 2 it's thunderstorm, and a huge water rise

I personally think I enjoyed L4D1 more than L4D2. I don't know why... it just had that charm.
