Alot of the films you posted Hitman are meh..fine films but as you know yourself from experience some on the list are better than others.. some good films that you posted but I'm worried about some of the trash posted in the replies...
Of course it comes down to personal opinion but action films I think you enjoy after reading your list is as follows.
Terminiator 2 - still top of the list action movie wise, cast, script, effects and story makes this film pretty much cream of the crop. Hasn't dated either and if you havn't seen it, well you're missing out on the ultimate action film of the last 2 decades.
American History X
Battle Royale
Children of Men
Crank (not to be confused with Crank - High voltage which was the sequal and rubbish. Braindead rubbish but damn fun to watch and fast paced. Makes it unique)
District 9
Equilibrium <-- if you don't like this I'd be very surprised.
Full Metal Jacket
Fight Club
Kill Bill 1&2 <--- was made as one film but they split it. 1 is better.. Action is an understatment. First part is far better than the 2nd. Altho you will only be disappointed in Kill bill 2 because Kill Bill 1 was so fucking good!
Leon
Layer Cake <-- Another must, you have to play attention as theres a few twists
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels <-- ahead of its time
Pulp Fiction <-- everyone has seen it, if you havn't you need a kick into reality
Sin City
Snatch <--- made by the same crowd as Lock Stock, same kinda style but extreamly enjoyable
I have over 600 films in my collection so I could have provided a long list of films you 'may' enjoy but the ones I listed are pretty much required viewing and if you havn't seen them already then you should check them out. With the exceptiion of American History X that isn't really an action film altho there is alot of action in it.. but its a film that should be required to be shown in school, mindblowing ending, I doubt you'd be disappointed, especially since you're German.
Films suggested here that should be watched after the best if you have the free time are

Lord of war
King Kong (the remake released a few years ago)
I Am Legend
Matrix 1 <-- Great film, sure you've seen it. Matrix 2 and 3 are rubbish, however Matrix 2 has a 35 minute scene thats action sex on a stick. Watching Matrix 3 will ruin it however so avoid 3 like the plague
Fight Club
Scarface
Also, if you like 80's films Mad Max and Mad Max 2 are a good, yet somewhat hallowing watch.
