Wat if i wanto change my name myself.. on the IRC..
i overread someone type the code.. but just wanto verify... if i can do it .. ?

You can easily change your nick on the IRC typing /nick [New nick]. Use also /ns register [password] [email] to register with your current nickname on GTANet  .

If you was talking about changing your ingame name on IRC, use /msg Nuwani !changename and follow the instructions in the Nuwani's query  .

Yes it does, check for a Nuwani popup thingy next to the channel name.
