I don't get it... someone want to try and explain it ? I mean I can see roughly the humour behind it.. but the spill in the gulf was caused by an fairly big accident which cost of the lives of people... not because it was unattended... I just don't get it.

The 'pump' in the gulf was 'unattended' because the executives of BP didn't pay any attention to the certified petroleum engineers who were throwing up red flags long before the explosion.
