I have a problem with my MTA Race 1.1.2 never had this problem.
Any idea what i can do?

Try downloading that .dll and put it in C:\Windows\System32

LilBoy, do you have a mirror for MTA Race? I prefer that map editor, can't find it though. I'm not so sure if it works on Windows 7 too, or in conjunction with 1.0.

You CAN use the map editior tho, even if you have w7 or vista
