YouTube is celebrating it's 5th birthday today.

Over the years, it has gone from an amazing website with the freedom to upload anything, to a cesspit of a website laden with copyright issues and suing people daily. You can no longer upload anything unless it is strictly made by you without having Google raining down on your ass. Do you not agree?

Agreed. I'm okay with the site's look and all (change isn't always bad, per se), but really, it's just, meh.

Am i the only one who's homepage has just "recent activity" on? It fucking fails, it's useless and does nothing to help.

I've experienced quite some troubles lately with recent activity..
Like, if I view a video of a friend or sub, and go back to the homepage, it hasn't disappeared.
It's just still on there... So I need to click the X to remove it.

By the way, on my homepage, I still seem to be getting news from people I'm not even subscribed to anymore.
Is there any way to fix this?

Got bored with Youtube long ago. It's just full of ads nowadays, and videos with crappy annotations of people begging to subscribe
