The bumpmapping reflection makes it look terrible. But yeah the reason the bumpmapping and water reflection is disabled on my setting is because SA:MP does not support it.

Uhm, it's actually a good setting.
I get like 50-60 fps with it, I just got one question.
I have another d3d9.dll file which I use to get full HD in SA without patching it.
How could I run both?

I'm not 100% sure, I'm going to say no but look up and see if you can...

My point was its not very "perfected" doesn't look real at all, the other mods are easy to install, I'm back on defualt tho because it wouldn't let me start single player with all the mods I had it :l

awesome.

Turn off motion blur, bumpmapping, and water effect, sa-mp doesnt support it.

In otherwords open enbseries.ini and change the effect area to this

[EFFECT]
EnableBloom=1
EnableOcclusion=0
EnableReflection=1
EnableMotionBlur=0
EnableWater=0
EnableShadow=1
DepthBias=0
EnableDepthOfField=0

Wrong, it's caused by either your PC not supporting part of it or you're using the default settings.

Try using someone else's settings.
