The "Cunt Vehicle" near car-bomb shop is exploding every time it spawns in your screen.

The CUNT Mobile.

Yah its a bug, happens on and off to the CUNT Mobile and indeed other vehicles on the server.  Nothing to worry about, they know about the problem and it will be fixed in time :)
