Mad Max minigame

Very simple and fun... in the desert you have one person spawning in a truck with oil tanker trailer.  The have to get the trailer to a checkpoint.

Other people spawn in vehicles (80's + madmax style cars such as the banditio) and have to stop the truck.

The truck has unlimited access to /vr

No weapons

Each car driver has 2 /vrs

Seen it on other servers - fun.

so how do they have to stop the truck? just force it to slow down or do you have to destroy it somehow?

The game would have a timelimit 3 or 5 minutes.  Using vehicles you start ramming, cut in front of the truck to make it jackknife etc.  Remember, the goal is to stop the trailer to getting to the checkpoint....

Making the truck jackknife and the trailer detach is quite easy...if done right then the truck has the problem of attaching the trailer again which is why the cars only have a couple of /vr and the truck has unlimited - because the truck can do damage to the cars and get some breathing space to attach the trailer for the chase/hunt to continue.

Next time theres a few people on the beta server, someone get a truck and a couple of cars and play around :)  Remember to do it in the desert or half open area, not in the city :)

Not a bad idea, though there shouldnt be /vr commands. Would be more fun.

If the truck driver could not use /vr the hunt would be over after 20 seconds because the banditos are much faster.

What thiaz said.  Its not only a speed thing, a truck being rammed will last as long as a car...20 seconds.

If you bothered to read my post Mark you would see I included the proposed limits.
