The first techno song I ever heard that got me loving this kind of music. It was made in 1994, when techno was still at his beginnings, and even tho you can hear the song style is not very recent, Sven Vath had already a very futuristic minimal-ish sound.

Not to mention that techno is simply win. Seems to be one of the genres that didn't blow up (unlike trance).
