[I]Turf / districts / save modes

Hey guys,

this idea might sound simple but i think in fact it'll need some lots of coding ;)
The idea is to make districts available for gangs and make it able to be saved in the gamedatabase itself, so the gang that took it, would have their district saved under controll. in case another gang wants it, they simply attack it and the other gang has like 24 or 48 hours to respond and fight in a match for the district and whomever wins would obviously get the district.

Therefore owning/winnings districts would give you and your gang a boost in power, by providing cheaper of free armor / health, or certain guns. And ofcourse a general income for the Gang Bank which'll receive income from the stores that are captured within the district.

Obviously not-taken districts would be easy to capture without someone guarding it, so maybe you can put some xx feds in the district to control the place untill it's taken over? maybe we can add a domination type into it making you capture x points before you have more power in the district and by that hand gain control over it?

Nice idea. It is indeed a lot of coding testing and work. Gang turfs will be implemented soon, but a rewritten (saving) gang system will be done beforehand.
