Turkey i agree with you about SuPaDuPa, i haven't once seen him kill without a heli, another person who I've noticed is a regular heli-killer is Tidus.

Another thing with heli-killing is that many times when a heli is shot down, it falls on the other players and kills them. Also, most of the time, the players who shot down the heli don't get the kill. It usually just shows that the heli-killer died.

Mods and admins can't jail heli-killers because there is no hard rule against it.  If we did, we would catch flack about "making up rules".  All I can say is to complain to the crew about it when it starts happening, get a name and/or an id, and we can try to handle it in some "creative" ways.

A couple of days ago Martijnc came to the base and made himself invisible, it was packed out with B&A//O&B guys and some heli noob came and flew into the base, almost instantly Martijnc took away his heli and he was left to be slaughtered in the base, i think that is a great idea. It worked cos he didnt come back and do it again.

Hence why I like the idea of respawning the helicopter.

All I can say is to complain to the crew about it when it starts happening, get a name and/or an id, and we can try to handle it in some "creative" ways.    

I have to disagree with this, as we shouldn't take reports of helikillers, but instead decide to handle them on our own watch, when we see everyone's ticked off from being massacred by a helicopter blade.

I didn't mean to act without seeing.  What I do is when I see a report of heli-kills, I tp or watch to see what's happening, then act accordingly.  Besides, where's the fun in repsawning if I can't see it happen.

I knew what you meant, just helikilling shouldn't be an official reportable 'offence' as it's not covered in the rules, yet.

Instead, we should deal with helikillers as we wish.

Just an update, JUTD implemented the driveby menu for when someone helikills you! \o/

OK. After playing with some buddies at the gangbase for a few hours last night and this morning, I found that lots of players are helicopter killing way too much. It's too hard to fight, and isn't a real LVP gangfight. People like LVP also for it's anti-lameness if you like, with the driveby menu and usually everyone ganging up on the helicopter killers.

What do I propose? Well, when someone kills you in a helicopter, their helicopter respawns. But, they fall to their death? No. You set them down on the ground, so they can continue to fight with guns if they wish. Also they will see a message to confirm what has happened, (maybe in a textdraw or something so it stays on their screen?), so they don't spam the mainchat with ¨WHY ETMIN WHY??!?!!??!?!¨

I'm sure when I post this others will agree. You could say to implement the driveby menu, but that's a little harsh. This is an alternative and will help combat heli-killers once and for all.

yea helikiller like supadupa cant handle people who kick  their ass liek me, im always killnig/being killed by supadupa, see i was always taxin to airport to fly for fun n i see a heli going up with the name, owps wait guess the name? SUPANOOBA n he got like 100 million from me with heli kills. i would like to see like maybe a db punishment in case of accidentle heli kill like when u jack a freind n  u heli kill em they can forgive like db's :7
