Not really, we got 4 IT teachers here and only one of them would have the brains and knowledge to do such stuff, the other ones are dumb fucks

Woah, i've got eh.... 3 of em. One does know how to block things, and he knows how to screw up an schoolnetwork. The second one teaches me, he owns his own hosting-server, so that says enough. The third one, knows much, about 3 quarter of the knowlegde the second one gots.

The school I went to (pretty small) only had one IT teacher and an IT technician and both of them know their stuff.

And just because they don't know how doesn't mean they don't have ways of finding out who did what. It just means your school has shitty standards.
