SA-MP with Steam

After waiting over 24 hours for the game to download, it finally finished this morning. Now when I click launch nothing happens. Any ideas why?

Just need to install everything now but having some troubles. What patch did you use Rien?

I just replaced the .exe with a downgraded one, if you need one, I can get you one
