Bug reports board

I think the bug reports section should have the same permissions as the CSI board (i.e read only except for the author and developers+). Most replies to topics are useless posts.

Or, which might be a better idea, is be more strict. Usually when a bug occurs, more people can provide more info. Rather than having everyone PM a random developer with a piece of information it should remain in that topic.

Well I don't think people would have the same attitude as a bug report as they would, in comparison, to a CSI which people do indeed PM developers regarding topics. Perhaps the Open For Discussion board could include bug reports as well? I just don't see the need for others to generally reply to a bug. Providing the thread owner has followed the guidance from the stickied topic, we will have enough information from the start post.

We could do it this way. Make the bugreports section like the CSI section. If you need more input from people you can move it to "Open for Discussion".
