Extra notes: First of all, I assume the "C-word" is the word c*nt, and if that's the case, that word has been used countless times by other people on the server, with no ban to follow - and was used by others only a handful of minutes before I did.

Secondly, I was banned during a conversation with Jerome, in which we insulted eachother, but we both knew it was part of a joke - and even if an admin found that inappropriate, I would have appreciated a warning and/or even a kick, before just getting banned out of the blue.

Also I would like to point out that I've played almost 200 hours on this server, with no previous infractions, bans or conflicts with admins, so I hope a misunderstanding like this won't prevent me from playing on LVP in the future

C-word aint "c*nt" like you said, You made a disease joke and you know damn well that disease jokes are banable thus you not being warned. You'll be unbanned in 2 days counting from now.

First of all, the reason that was stated for my banning was "Using the C-word" - it's not something I made up, it's what I read on the screen.

Secondly, I cannot recall any sort of "disease joke", unless you are referring to when I as part of a joke said that I had "ball cancer", which first of all isn't a real disease, and secondly wasn't insulting to anyone.

Finally, how in the world do you know that I "damn well know" that disease jokes are banable? If it is in the rules somewhere however, then I am of course expected to know better - and if my comment falls under that category, then I'll of course accept it, though I do think it's very excessive - but if I'm unbanned in 2 days, then I consider the matter closed, cya on LVP

You never said you had "ballcancer". You were reffering the "joke" to someone else being Jerome (I can provide logs if requested). I don't care if it was an insult or not, Disease jokes are forbidden on LVP.

To be honest, I don't recall if I said it at myself or Jerome - and I honestly didn't think it mattered since it was part of an inherent joke - but no need to provide logs, I believe you.

And no, that's not akward, that would just be a concequence of the fact that I've never done anything remotely bannable and don't pay attention to what others get kicked/banned for - but no matter, it's pointless to argue, I know it now anyway

No one is argueeing here. We're just discussing your ban. Like I said on my previous post, it doesn't matter if it was an insult or not or even a joke, disease jokes are forbidden on LVP and I'm glad you know it now anyway.
