erm... i got banned on the 17th delic said 3 day banned instead of two so how did u add another 1 on?!??! when i barly did nothing and listen im new u guys need to give me a break

Right, I see. DeLiC said it was both on the same IP but they're different. Same range but not the same. Both unbanned.
