I don't think Nerd is banned.
Terror and shoebox were banned for disrespecting the crew.
Gang_Lord basically quit a year ago or longer.
bomberteo quit about a year ago, then came back for a bit with [i] and I think he's still inactive- not entirely sure as I myself quit little over a year ago.
Same deal with Gijz and other HC4L, just went inactive.

i saw shoebox few months ago on lw's after that i didnt see him anymore.
